Cancellation by you

Cancel before the ambulance is dispatched: no charge.
Cancel after dispatch, before arrival: a cancellation fee of [₹ amount / % of fare] may apply to cover fuel and crew time.
Cancel after the ambulance reaches the pickup: [minimum fare] applies.

Cancellation by us

If we cannot provide the confirmed ambulance, we will tell you immediately, help arrange an alternative where possible, and refund any advance in full.

Refunds

Hospitals and corporates

Terms in your signed agreement take precedence over this policy.
